Super large section and thin section forming
Extrusion forming is carried out through the die designed with H13 steel, that is, the die polishing and extrusion aluminum profile surface must be smooth and clean, and the hardness must be heat treated again to meet the standard, so as to bring a perfect subsequent processing effect for subsequent milling and surface treatment. The super large round tube section can achieve the outer diameter of 660mm, the super large square tube 450*450 specification forming, the large flat aluminum can reach the super large profile forming specification of 950mm width, the other following specifications can all be adapted to forming extrusion. The minimum cross section can achieve specifications of 5mm and wall thickness of 0.4mm, and the precision drawing process can achieve the outer diameter of the round tube tolerance of plus or minus 0.05mm.
